How do u take a screenshot in sfo

i need 2 know how

just press the print screen/sysrq button then to the start menu click on paint then when it opens click on edit and paste and then it will show up, then save it, then go to photobucket.com and make an acc and then at the home page after u log into ur acc click choose file and pic ur screen shot then when its done up loading go to it and there will be a img code copy it and paste where u would type to talk and then click send

The print screen/sys rg is on the right side near the top on a standard keyboard.
When you press it, it instantly copy the screen then just open any program like
Paint for example and paste it there. Then just save it, after that upload in a site
that can host pictures, like photobucket or imageshack or something. Then copy&paste
