you cant challenge someone who has accepted a challenge until the two weeks is up. but you can challenge someone else until then. (they have to be on the superior fighters group, if you want to get in like uchi is tryin ta do)

God Ryu has not been removed though, however, since he is more active than uchi, or at least I know he is active. XD

also, if someone challenged someone and they were 'not' removed after the 2 week deadline, the challenge still stands, but they can challenge someone else.
